David R. Masse, Partner
David Masse serves as a leader in Compass, a role in which he
provides direction and implementation on strategic initiatives.
David's entrepreneurial creativity, team building and strong work
ethic allow Compass to leverage off his extensive industry and
banking relationships to target acquisitions, raise capital,
structure asset transaction and secure leasing partners.
A skilled
negotiator, David consistently exceeds the expectations of his
clients by applying his experience and problem solving skills to
forge consensus and deliver results.
Prior to forming Compass, David spent almost 20 years at Boston
banks, including, the last 9 years as a senior vice president at
Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, where he managed the bank's
commercial real estate lending group and played a key role in the
bank's average annual growth rate of +25% during his tenure there.
He has been involved with over $1 billion in real estate financing
transactions.
Mr. Masse received his Bachelor of Science from Salem State University and completed the Bank of New England Executive Commercial Lending Training Program
