Louis F. Karger, Partner
Louis Karger is responsible for all operational and financial
aspects of Compass Realty Associates, its portfolio and
implementation of strategic initiatives. Louis also raises equity
capital and is actively involved in all lease negotiations.
Louis's keen insight and diligent work ethic helped to transform
his family-owned real estate business, Karger Realty, Inc., from a
small enterprise that started with 10,000 sq. ft. of industrial
warehouse space and a 1960's Howard Johnson Hotel to a thriving
multi-faceted real estate firm with over 1,000,000 sq. ft., and over
180 employees, including interests in 150,000 sq. ft. of office;
750,000 sq. ft. of mix-use retail space and a newly developed
180-room full service Sheraton Four Points Hotel.
Louis is a
graduate of Boston University.
