Nicholas A. Fay, Vice President
Nicholas Fay is responsible for due diligence, acquisitions, capital improvements, property management, leasing, sales, and investor relations. Mr. Fay is also Vice President at Panther Properties Investments, LLC, an affiliate of Compass which specializes in the multifamily investments in the Southeastern US. Prior to Compass, Mr. Fay was responsible for residential sales and leasing in the greater Boston area at NextGen Realty.
Mr. Fay received his Bachelors of Science from Babson College. Mr. Fay holds certificates in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance from Boston University.
